Carlton Fisk is a Hall of Fame Major League Baseball catcher, best known for his time with the Boston Red Sox. Fisk was an 11-time All-Star and the 1972 American League Rookie of the Year. He’s perhaps most famous for his dramatic walk-off home run in Game 6 of the 1975 World Series, which he waved fair as it sailed over the left-field wall at Fenway Park. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2000.
