This item is a Barry Sanders Autographed Detroit Lions Mini Helmet. This Riddell replica mini helmet was hand signed by Hall of Fame Lions running back Barry Sanders. He signed the helmet with a blue sharpie on August 7th, 2010 in Baltimore, Maryland, at a private signing we had with Barry. The mini helmet is accompanied with a Radtke Sports certificate of authenticity, matching tamper proof serial numbered holograms on the helmet and certificate. This mini helmet also comes with a picture of Barry signing our helmets.
Barry abruptly retired after the 1998 season. At the time of his retirement he was second in rushing yards behind Walter Payton. He was inducted into the Football Hall of Fame in 2004. |
